Q: Why isn't my location updating?
Ensure Location Services are enabled for AusGuard in Settings → Privacy → Location Services. AusGuard requires "While Using the App" permission.
Q: Why aren't push notifications working?
Check Settings → Notifications → AusGuard and ensure "Allow Notifications" is on. Also verify your device has an internet connection.
Q: How current is the weather data?
Weather data updates every 15 minutes. Fire and AQI data updates every 5—10 minutes, sourced directly from Australian government agencies.
Q: What regions does AusGuard cover?
All Australian states and territories: NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT.
